Design Panorama is the best established graphic design festival in Greece. Its held every year by designmag. In this 2 days event greek and international designers present case studies of their favorite works. I was asked to design the graphics for the 2012 Panorama festival. The illustration was inspired by the binoculars used as a metaphor to point out that the visitors of the festival will observe the whole process in each case study presented.
The graphics were applied on posters, cards, banners, digital screenings and social media.
IdN is one of the greatest international design magazines. Every issue comes with a DVD featuring some of the best motion design and animation projects. Tony Zagoraios and I collaborated with a really dark cinematic mood to create the opening logo identity for the issue V20n2.

SEEAR is an annual project that invites designers and musicians to collaborate and produce audiovisual artworks. In 2012 I organized and designed the graphics and an artwork for SEEAR themed by Superheroes. Each designer teamed up with a musician and came up with a brand new Superhero. They had to think of his backstory, superpowers and weaknesses and present him/her to the audience through a poster and a music theme. The Superheroes were presented with an exhibition from the 8th till the 10th of March 2012. We designed the graphics, poster, flyer, giveaway memorabilia masks, web banners, website in collaboration with lokoexe and a promo animation video along with Tony Zagoraios. Special thanks to the designers and musicians that took part in the project with such passion and support, our sponsors and the Lust Decade group that printed the most appreciated artwork on lmtd edition t-shirts.
While working with Dimitris Deligiannis as Nevertheless design studio we were asked by an upcoming, greek, alternative, downtempo band called Mockbirth to design their first EP cover. Their sound, a mixture of analogue and digital sounds, inspired us to make a parallelism between analogue-digital, nature-geometry, black-white. Due to the low budget production and limited edition of packages, we decided to make our design a little more experimental. We made mono-prints with tree trunks and leaves and combined them with a geometry pattern taken from the logo lines. The whole package consists a hand printed CD, a paper case sewn with black thread and wrapped with a two color offset, double sided poster and sealed with white wax. The poster can after the opening be used as a real poster signed and numbered by the band.
SMS facts is a motion infographics video we did along with Tony Zagoraios for. We were commissioned by McCann Erickson and STEFI to create an inspiring animation of Actionaid, that would encourage people to support children in poverty by sending a single SMS. The video was screened to cinema theaters and Actionaid's youtube channel. The sound design and music theme was composed by Ted Reglis. The project was awarded with a merit in animation category in EBGE awards 2012 and with Ermis Production Award 2012.
